Aim to work up to a max weight in each exercise.

Sandbag Hill Sprint (sprint up a 40-60m hill carrying a sandbag). 10 Sandbag Floor Press at the bottom of the hill. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

Men aim for a 25kg sandbag; women aim for 12.5kg.

Todays Workout - Don't Stop Believin

100 Sandbag Overhead Press as fast as you can. You get a 10 Sandbag Back Squat penalty for every rest period that you need to take. A rest is defined as either letting the sandbag drop below chest height or stopping for more than 3 seconds.


Men aim for a 50kg sandbag; women aim for 25kg.

Record your time.
