Warm-up: Burgener warm-up, explosive hip drills (jump from kneeling into squat/then try same with dowel on your back, laying down on back then snapping hips open to bridge pose)

Skill: hang power clean, power clean from the floor

WOD: "The Chief" - 5 cycles of: 3 min AMRAP 3 power cleans (95#/135#), 6 push ups, 9 air squats, rest one minute between cycles
