Todays Workout - 60 Seconds

Sandbag Power Clean and Press, Sandbag Overhead Walking Lunges, Sandbag Back Squats, Sandbag High Pulls, Sandbag Floor Press. 60 seconds on each exercise, maximum repetitions with no rest between exercises.

Take a 1 minute rest and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Record your score for each exercise.
