Todays Workout - Bring Home Bowe

I was recently contacted by Bring Home Bowe (more info here) who asked if I'd be interested in helping support their campaign to bring home US Army Sgt Bowe Bergdahl - a prisoner of war. Amongst other things, they recently organised a special workout. I decided to do it - sandbag-style.

The official workout is:


For time:

Four Rounds

400 meter run

52 Push Ups

30 Kettlebell Swings 53/35 (lbs - men/women)

9 Box Jumps 30/24 (inches - men/women)

6 Front Squats 155/115 (lbs - men/women)

After the 4 rounds, complete a 1000 meter row.


The Sandbag Fitness version:


For time:

Four Rounds

400 meter run

52 Push Ups

30 Sandbag Round-the-Worlds 40/25 (lbs - men/women)

9 Box Jumps 30/24 (inches - men/women)

6 Sandbag Bear Hug Squats 155/115 (lbs - men/women)

After the 4 rounds, complete a 100 meter Sandbag Load Carry.
