Your target is to lift a total of 2500kg in each of the following exercises:
Sandbag Deadlifts
Sandbag Cleans
Sandbag Front Squats
Sandbag Push Press
You choose the weight and then adjust the repetitions accordingly. For example, you'd have to complete 50 repetitions of each exercise if you were using a 50kg sandbag.
Aim to complete in the fastest possible time.
