Ok ya'll... I DID IT! This is going to sound really lame to everyone else and probably a surprise but I DID IT. What did I do? I went a whole day without binge eating or cheating. I have a horrible binge eating problem... like embarrassingly bad... there is only one person I am honest to (other than myself) about the extent of my "binging." Today I didn't binge on anything! Or cheat! I ate clean all day and still had 3 points to spare! I also worked out! I feel good.

I went to spin class this afternoon. Now, I am ashamed to say that I am the most out of shape now than I have ever been. My spin class was killer. I am sooooo out of shape! I am trying really hard to stay positive though. I have to start somewhere and never let myself get to this point again :)
