Workout:
#1 5 minute Bear Complex (starting from rack position) with 25# or 45# barbell
#2 5 minutes:
- 1 minute ovhs with dowel
- 1 minute burpees
- 1 minute jumping pull-ups
- 1 minute kb swings
- 1 minute box jumps
