The sandbag was ever so slightly frozen today (oh, the joys of training in an un-heated garage!) so it was bodyweight only.

5 Pull Ups,
10 Press Ups,
15 Squats,
100 Skips.

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

Record your score.
