Run 200m (with a sandbag for longtime Inferno members)
30 squats, 30 pushups, 30 situps

WOD#2 (for those who came last week... whoops)
AMRAP 15 minutes:
Run 200m while partner does as many squats as possible, then switch
1 minute rest
Run 200m while partner does as many situps as possible, then switch
1 minute rest
Score = total individual number of squats and situps
