Okay, so I am not real good at this video stuff yet. Promise to get better. Let me know what you think of this one? Just keeping it real in our lounge room and I can't believe I used our coffee table to do a Bulgarian split lunge, oh well. The things we do to keep fit, right? Enjoy!
