Welcome to the team Ruth!

Ruth "hangin' out" with Camille Leblanc-Bazinet at her Level 1 course this weekend. Camille's only 2nd in the Open worldwide right now...no big deal. We're so glad to add Ruth to our coaching team, show her some love when she starts this week! Ruth still has a few morning and noon hour spots available, give Cindy a call if you want in on the action.



And just a quick reminder to class participants...This time of year will will start doing some of our training outside...so please come prepared to spend some or all of class outside this session. Whether this means sunscreen, bug spray, the right shoes, layers if it's cooler etc.
