Fall Schedule

Monday/Wednesday @ 6am and noon (with Ruth)

Tuesday/Thursday @ 9:30am (with Olivia)

Tuesday/Thursday @ 6am, 5:30pm, and 7:00pm (with Sam)

Friday @ 6am (rotating)

Fall sessions starts September 9th and runs 6 weeks. See Fees tab for pricing info. And just a reminder that next Thursday @ 5pm will be registration night along with a free wod and paleo potluck to follow.
